and SQL Server 2000/2005. Analyzing new customer requirements, producing detailed
specifications and writing code (VBA and T-SQL scripts, Stored Procedures
etc.) to implement them. Produce patches to perform upgrades. Also cross trained
to the company’s .NET based product which uses VB.Net and C#.

and hosting to individuals and small businesses. Completed a contract for
Lloyds-TSB IT Dept to create a project tracking application using MS-Access.
Sep 1, 1999 to 2002: IT Centre, Ltd.: PM/Consultant/Senior Analyst/Developer
• Access 97, 2000 database application projects for delivery to Lloyds-TSB.
Project Manager on 3 of them, Team Leader on others. Interfaced with customer
management and administrative staff to write requirements, functional specifications,
acceptance test procedures and user manuals. Ran acceptance tests with customers,
performed installations and supported the applications.
• Created new company web sites and Intranets. Added database back ends,
e-commerce functionality using Visual Interdev, Dreamweaver/Ultradev, Fireworks,
ASP/VBScript/XML, MS-Access, VB and SQL Server. Some work as sole developer,
some as team leader/project manager
• Also wrote database applications in MS-Access 2000 and migrated applications
from Access 2 and 97 into MS-Access 2000/2002.
• Converted a complex Project Management application from Access 2 to
97 and added new features, e.g. Export projects to MS-Project. Wrote User
manuals for the application. Developed an Install Shield set up for it. Worked
on Web Browser version.

• Designed/developed a Help Desk application using MS-ACCESS 97. Produced
documentation to support it and trained the Users.

• Designed, developed and tested a stand-alone application for Lloyds
TSB in a 3 weeks timeframe. It was exactly on schedule. Wrote applicable sections
of the user guide and technical manual.
1995 – 1999: Business Enterprise Systems and Technology, Inc.:
Consultant
Created a Timesheet application in MS-Access 97/VB for Tacoma Pierce County
Department of Health. It provided On-line time sheet data entry for all department
employees via LAN and WAN connections. Added requirements to this part of
the payroll system to meet Federal regulations.
Designed and programmed a travel agency Bookings application (Access97/VB)
Designed installed and maintained the company LAN (Win NT Server, Win 95 and
NT workstations)
• Worked on Superbase and MS-Access documentation applications for the
Boeing Company.
• Using Delphi 2.0 Designed interfaces for a Windows based Tax Accounting
program
• Created a contract tracking and payments system in MS-Access 2.0 for
King County Public Health Department. Provided User Manual, Technical Manual

on-site team (up to 60 staff) through installation, commission and full customer
and FAA acceptance of Full Flight and Fixed Base Simulators.
Previously as a Senior Programmer/Analyst: analyzed
aircraft systems data (wiring diagrams, schematics, maintenance manuals etc.)
in order to perform hardware and software design, write Acceptance Test Procedures,
perform hardware software test, integration, full systems testing and customer
acceptance. Software was written using Fortran 77 or PDP Assembler running
on a variety of operating systems.
